Shipping and Returns


We are now shipping primarily via UPS ground, though not exclusively. Orders typically ship from the 92111 region.  Local customers may opt to pick up their board to avoid shipping costs – if you’d like to pick up your board in San Diego, please contact us to waive shipping fees and schedule a pickup.

Orders will typically be shipped within 1-2 days of receiving the order.

For international shipping, please contact us.

As we grow, we aim to provide additional shipping options and continuously improve our shipping policies to better suit our customers.


Quality Guarantee:

We set out to make boards that are amazing quality – that’s why our prices are a little higher.  If you believe your board is defective, please send us photos of any defect to:




and we will refund your purchase within just a few days.  Please note, normal wear and tear on boards does not qualify for a refund.



You may return any new, unopened items within 30 days for a full refund.

Please follow these instructions:

1) Send an email to:




stating your reason for return:

a) returning a gift
b) changed mind
c) incorrect item shipped
d) other – please specify

2) Pack all new, unopened items in a secure package, or reuse the original packaging.

3) Ship the package to:

4) You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us.

If the return is a result of our error (such as an incorrect item), we will pay the return shipping costs for UPS ground shipping only.
